After a successful career in marketing and administration, Katharine joined a leading headhunting firm as a specialist researcher and now has many years of successful commercial and international research experience.

​Katharine is adept at conducting Europe wide senior and mid-level search assignments; together with due diligence research, corporate mapping and remuneration reporting.  An accredited Career Coach, Katharine is also qualified in Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.

Simon Constable Bio Compensation Analysist

Simon Constable

Simon is an experienced Executive Compensation consultant who has advised senior leaders at a variety of large corporations including General Motors, CIBC, and Delphi. He also served as a senior consultant at a major HR consulting company where he specialised in strategy and analysis for CFO’s of Public Listed Companies.

A Fellow at Johns Hopkins Institute for Applied Economics, Global Health and the Study of Business Enterprise, Simon holds a degree in economics from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, an MBA in general management from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and is a graduate of the Business & Economics Reporting program at New York University.

Simon is co-author of ‘The Wall Street Journal Guide to the 50 Economic Indicators That Really Matter’ and is currently a columnist for a variety of publications. You’ll find his work in The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Forbes, BBC Capital, and U.S. News & World Report.

from large corporates to smaller entrepreneur owned companies and is highly experienced at assisting candidates to manage all aspects of their career. This may be in changing career direction, pivoting roles, advising on negotiating a remuneration package or supporting someone trying to get back into the workplace.

Cameron is a highly experienced, multi-disciplined Senior Director who has delivered value and growth for several multi-national and multi-site operations within Food Manufacturing, Aquaculture and Agribusiness both within the UK and Internationally.

Over the past 25 years, Cameron has held senior roles with Baxters Food Group, Cargill Foods, Grampian Country Foods and Marine Harvest. A genuine global player, he has run businesses across Europe, North America, Australia, Turkey and Malaysia.

Cameron, as a non-executive director for The Appointed Group, provides creative, independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive directors.
